I like trying new recipes and ways of doing things. Tonight's meal was steamed vegetables surrounded by a Thai red Dhal curry, some fried halloumi marinated in sweet chilli sauce and Flatbread. Easy to make and delicious to eat, even if I don't mind saying so myself 😀
