@Steveb we have a very cheap 1.5ft high plastic Xmas tree permanently set up, out of the way, on top of a bookcase. Adorned by some lights bought from the local €1 store. Just unobtrusively sits there until Christmas arrives again. Then we just turn the lights on for a few hours each day. No mess, no fuss 😂
