@andrewbriscoe like you I prefer the air comfort of a Thermarest or Sea to Summit. I only use them in winter though when sleeping on snow, as under summer conditions I seem to have got a lot of punctures. In summer I use a Z rest which is not as comfy but virtually indestructible
